City life can be overwhelming – constant noise, bright lights and endless distractions make it easy to feel disconnected from nature. But what if we took a moment to slow down, tune in and notice the wild world around us?

Join us for a guided walk through our Nature Discovery Garden, where you’ll engage with urban nature using all our senses. Listen out for insects and birds, explore plant scents and learn about our living laboratories where our scientists study urban biodiversity.

After the walk, we’ll pause beneath the trees for a guided mindfulness session, tuning into nature’s presence around us. Finally, we’ll take time for nature journalling – whether sketching, writing or simply observing in stillness, there are no rules or expectations, just a space to be present. What does nature mean to you? Step into this moment and let that connection stay with you, alongside your own nature journal.
